Development

Only a city selection of vineyards and a continuous follow-up of the optimal ripening moment is possible to achieve this great wine. Fermentation is carried out at a temperature controlled between 28th and 30 º in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts.

Breeding

14 months in oak casks, a minimum of 4 months remains in our bottle rack.

Tasting Card

Intense cherry Colo with Ruby Briloos. Bouquet complex, where the fruity aromas are harmoniously combined with those of wood ageing. Fleshy and well-structured on the palate. Long, permanent finish.
