Development

Controlled fermentation at a temperature between 28th Y30 º CEN stainless steel tanks, using selected yeast.

Rest in American and French oak tubs.

Breeding

12 months in oak casks and at least 4 months in a bottle.

Tasting Card

Intense Cherry Red. Fruity aromas in which the parenting notes are integrated. Good structure in mouth and nice finish.
