Development
Controlled fermentation at a temperature between 22-26 degrees in stainless steel tanks, using selected yeast. Maceration time between 10 and 18 days.
Rest in American and French oak tubs.
Breeding
12 to 14 months in oak casks and at least 4 months in a bottle.
Tasting Card
Bright cherry red with purple reflections. Purely fruity aromas that nuance some notes of spices, smoked and balsamic. Friendly, soft and easy to pass in mouth. Long and fresh.
