VINIFICATION  soaking and fermentation in steel tanks (4 to 6 days). Refinement in french barriques (12 to 14 months).

TASTING NOTES ruby color when young, garnet red after the ageing. Deep snell, dry taste, striking acidity. Very good with all the meal in particular with meat and cheese. The wines that we produce become from our own properties, and are cultivated following a specific program, which respects the environment and the final product, without using chemical manure.
