Nebbiolo 100%, coming from Pajorè Cru in Treiso and Fausoni Cru in Neive. The soil in Neive is limestone, tuff with blue marl. The soil in Treiso is sand and stones. The average age of vines is 35-40 years.

Production 40 hl/hectare.

Vinification in stainless steel for 18-20 days.

Maturation 12-16 months in French oak barrique.

Color deep ruby red with garnet highlights.

Nose Ample fruit (cherry and black cherries), white pepper and pipe tobacco, hints of bitter chocolate and fresh mint on the finish.

Flavor luscious, full bodied and well balanced confirming this complexity on the nose.
