Tasting Notes
Despite the long period on laths, the color is still a very pure and pale yellow. Its bubbles are extremely subtle, fine and abundant. Its bouquet is fruity, lively and fresh. A perfect balance comes out of the slight acidity of the Chenin grape and the mouthful sensation of the Cabernet Franc which give this cuvée greatness and roundness. Serve between 6 and 8°C, by itself. Ideal for any occasion, you will enjoy ou CREAMNT DE LOIRE as an aperitif wine or by itself throughout a festive meal.
